BURLY Free Order Friday: Terms and Conditions

Summer Series, 31 October 2026 to 29 January 2027

1. Who's running it

Free Order Friday is run by Melbourne Apothecary Group Pty Ltd (ABN 48 604 427 214), trading as BURLY, of 911 High St, Armadale VIC 3143 ("BURLY", "we", "us"). You can contact us at info@burly.online.

2. What it is

Free Order Friday is a free-to-enter trade promotion. Each week we draw one eligible order placed at burly.online, and we refund the products in that order, up to $200.

3. Dates

1. The promotion starts at 12:00am on Saturday 31 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 28 January 2027.
2. It runs in the 11 entry periods below. Each period has one draw and one winner. All times are Melbourne time (AEDT).

3. There's no draw on Friday 25 December 2026 or Friday 1 January 2027. Orders placed from Friday 18 December 2026 to Thursday 7 January 2027 all go into Draw 8 on Friday 8 January 2027, which has one winner.
4. Entries only count for the entry period the order was placed in. They don't carry over to later draws.

4. Who can enter

1. You must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over, with an Australian delivery address.
2. BURLY employees and their immediate families can't enter. Neither can anyone involved in running this promotion.

5. How to enter

1. Place and pay for an order at burly.online during an entry period. You're in automatically.
2. There's no minimum spend.
3. There's nothing extra to do and nothing extra to pay. Entering doesn't change the price of anything you buy.

6. How many entries you get

1. Each eligible order gets one entry.
2. An eligible order with a total paid over $75 gets two entries.
3. "Total paid" means the full amount paid for the order, including GST and shipping, after any discounts.
4. If part of an order is refunded before the draw, we use the total paid after that refund.

7. Orders that aren't eligible

These orders aren't entries:

1. orders placed through THE ICONIC or any other marketplace or retailer
2. wholesale, trade, stockist, barbershop and invoice orders
3. orders placed by BURLY staff, or by anyone excluded under clause 4.2
4. orders that are cancelled, or fully refunded, before the draw
5. $0 orders
6. gift card purchases

If an order includes a gift card along with other products, the gift card part doesn't count towards the total paid or the prize.

8. The draw

1. Each draw happens at 911 High St, Armadale VIC 3143 at the time shown in clause 3.
2. We list every valid entry for the entry period from our online store. Orders with two entries are listed twice.
3. A computer random number generator picks one entry, so every entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
4. We keep a record of each draw.
5. You don't need to be at the draw to win.

9. The prize

1. Each draw has one prize: a refund of the product value of the winning order, up to $200.
2. "Product value" means the amount paid for the products in the order, including GST, after any discounts. Shipping isn't refunded.
3. Orders over $200 still count. If one wins, the winner gets $200 back.
4. The total prize pool across all 11 draws is up to $2,200 (including GST).
5. We refund the prize to the payment method used for the order within 5 business days of the draw. If part of the order was paid with a gift card, we return that part as gift card credit.
6. The prize can't be swapped, transferred or taken as cash or store credit.
7. You can win more than once.

10. Telling the winner

1. We'll email the winner at the address on their order within 1 business day of the draw.
2. The winner doesn't need to claim anything. We process the refund automatically.
3. If we can't process the refund (for example, because the card has been closed), the winner has 7 days from our email to reply to info@burly.online with another way for us to pay them.

11. Redraws

1. If the winning order turns out not to be eligible, we'll redraw at 10:00am (Melbourne time) on the next business day.
2. If the winner doesn't reply within the 7 days in clause 10.3, we'll redraw at 10:00am (Melbourne time) on the next business day after those 7 days end.
3. Redraws happen at the same place and use the same method. A redraw winner is told the same way.

12. Naming winners

If the winner agrees, we may share their first name and suburb or state on Instagram (@burly.com.au), on Facebook and at burly.online. We won't share anything else.

13. Your privacy

1. We use the details on your order (name, email, delivery address and order details) to:
   • run this promotion
   • check eligibility
   • process the prize
   • contact the winner
   • share a winner's first name and suburb or state, only if they agree
2. Entering doesn't sign you up to anything. If you already get BURLY emails, that doesn't change.
3. Read our Privacy Policy at https://burly.online/policies/privacy-policy.
4. We keep promotion records for at least 3 years.

14. The legal bits

1. We've lodged a copy of these terms with the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.
2. We can't change these terms after the promotion starts, except where the law allows.
3. We can disqualify any entry that's fraudulent or breaks these terms.
4. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
