This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Melbourne Apothecary Group Pty Ltd trading as BURLY ("Burly", "we", "us" or "our").

 


 

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on business days are generally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Dispatch timeframes may vary during promotional periods, peak seasons or due to stock availability.

 


 

Shipping Carriers

Burly primarily uses Australia Post and may use alternative courier providers where required.

Carrier selection may vary depending on delivery location and service availability.

 


 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch.

Express Shipping

Most metro locations receive Express deliveries within 1–3 business days.

Standard Shipping Estimates

  • Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days

  • Rural Victoria: up to 3 business days

  • Sydney Metro: 2–3 business days

  • Rural NSW: up to 4 business days

  • Brisbane Metro: 2–3 business days

  • Rural QLD: up to 5 business days

  • Adelaide Metro: approximately 3 business days

  • Perth Metro: approximately 4 business days

  • Darwin Metro: approximately 4 business days

  • Tasmania: approximately 3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier network delays, weather events, regional service schedules or peak periods.

 


 

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Burly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an address error is identified after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@burly.online and we will attempt to assist before dispatch.

 


 

Authority to Leave

Where authority to leave is granted to the courier, delivery is considered completed once the parcel is left at the nominated address.

Burly is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery has occurred.

 


 

Split Deliveries

Where multiple items are ordered, products may be delivered separately if stock is held in different locations or becomes available at different times.

 


 

Inspecting Your Order

Customers should inspect their order upon receipt.

If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist.

 


 

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, Burly is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, transport disruptions, customs processes or events outside our control.
